A  Chit it Chat about People choice to live in Clutter

Do you know the answer to “what it is clutter?”. It’s a tricky one to define, but I have, and I firmly believe that this could completely change how you view clutter in the future. So, if you want to truly understand the meaning of clutter and what clutter is – then this ultimate clutter definition will change how you think about it forever. Define clutter properly and you’ll be clutter free in no time.

We’re talking about THE MESS. The Tidal waves of Clutter. When you have let the clutter and junk take over. There’s piles of laundry in the living room, you can’t see the kitchen counters, can’t remember the last time you cleaned out the fridge. That kind of mess isn’t THAT hard to clean up.  A Chaotic Kitchen

An Australian-U.S. study conducted by Lenny Vartarian et al. (2017) showed that people will actually eat more cookies and snacks if the environment in which they’re offered a choice of foods is chaotic, and they’re led to feel stressed. When the experimental kitchen in which participants were tested was disorganized and messy, and they were put in a low self-control mindset, students in the Cornell University lab ate twice as many cookies as those in a standard, non-chaotic kitchen. In other words, you’ll reach more for the sweets in a cluttered setting when you’re feeling out of control
